1. Who you are dealing with

This store is operated by U INTEGRITY CO., LIMITED, a company registered in Hong Kong, trading as Jorlaxis. In these terms "we", "us" and "our" mean that company, and "you" means the person placing an order or using the site.

2. Using this site

By browsing or ordering you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, do not use the site. You must be at least 18, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

You agree not to use the site to do anything unlawful, to attempt to gain access to systems or data that are not yours, or to copy the site content for commercial use without our written permission.

3. Products and descriptions

We describe every piece as accurately as we can, including its material, dimensions and finish. Everything is made from solid wood, so colour, grain and tone vary between pieces and will not match a photograph exactly. That variation is not a defect.

Dimensions are nominal and may vary by a few millimetres.

4. Age and safety

Every piece contains magnets and is not suitable for children under 3 years. Swallowed magnets can cause serious internal injury, particularly if more than one is swallowed. By ordering you confirm that you have read the age guidance on the product page.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are in United States dollars and exclude import duty and local tax, which are charged by your own customs authority where they apply.

We may change prices at any time, but a change will never affect an order already placed. Payment is taken when the order is placed.

Prices and availability are shown in good faith. If an obvious pricing error occurs we will contact you before shipping and give you the choice of paying the correct price or cancelling for a full refund.

6. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send the dispatch email, not when you receive the order confirmation. We may decline an order — for example where stock has run out, where payment is refused, or where an order looks fraudulent — and if we do, we refund it in full.

7. Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery is governed by our shipping policy, and returns and refunds by our refund policy. Both form part of these terms.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

9. Intellectual property

The text, photographs, designs and layout of this site belong to us. You may not reproduce them commercially without our written permission.

10. Privacy

How we handle your personal information is set out in our privacy policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you place your order.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the courts of Hong Kong have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your own country.
