Warm mid-brown wood with a pale muzzle and a pair of small carved antlers. Nothing festive about it — no red nose, no harness, no bells. It is a deer, and it stays out all year.

The antlers come off with the head, on the same magnet as everything else. They turn up on the chick more often than you would expect.
